321 Intersection

11 intersection will look when it's completed. Below is an actual
construction drawing of the intersection.
The important things to notice is that there will be two turning lanes and two thru lanes from all four approaches. This will be a vast improvement to the current intersection. The construction will be a mess for a couple years but when it's all done it will be great.
