2nd Suit Filed
| A second lawsuit has been filed against the Shubert
brothers, owners of Shubert Motors.
Loudon County resident, Jack Bowden, is suing for $182,116.00 he says he loaned the Shuberts and is also asking the court to triple the request for damages. This is at least the second lawsuit filed against the Shuberts. Last month, David Aaron and wife filed a $500,000.00 against the shuberts. |
