In the agreement between the Loudon Industrial Development Board, IDB and QOZB LLC, the new development on the old Hutch property will include 180 low or moderate income, multi-family apartments and 32 single-family homes.

Section 9. of the agreement:

Back in 2017, Loudon bought the 18 acre property for $1,000,000.00 then spent a considerable amount of money to remove all the structures and clean up the property. According to the development documents, the IDB will give the property to QOZB LLC in return for the promised development which will also include a restaurant, a retail business and a walkway.
