of the Cook Bros Construction vs Loudon County lawsuit. Cook had
allegedly planned to pay a little more than a million dollars for the 72
acre farm. Of course, last month, Cook lost his lawsuit.
Recently, the property has been placed for sale again. The new asking price is $1,399.000.00. So, it appears that the property might bring more money than Cook was willing to pay. The property owner might be thankful that Loudon County won the lawsuit. You're welcome. |
