Through out the school board's budget process one
common complaint made by some was that Loudon County teachers,
administrators and other school employees are woefully under paid. Some
on the board feel so strongly about the pay scale, they have voted for a
budget that includes pay raises and if adopted by the commission will
eliminate the building program. So, is it true? Are school employees
