With a hot election brewing in Lenoir City, some might be tempted to fudge on their voter registration. There might even be some candidates that that would encourage such bad behavior. Well, that might be a bad idea. According to the public notice put out by the Loudon County Election Commission it's a crime to make false statements on your voter registration. In fact it's a felony. So if you have been tempted to maybe give a false address or other incorrect information on your voter registration, you might want to reconsider.
