| This is a revisit to a previous story. Above is the
current state of the development on Pine Top Street at Hickman Street,
behind Hardies. I think it's going to be called Emerson Park.
Phase one is 34 apartments. The vacant area to the right is slated for another set of apartments. Neither Pine Top Street nor Hickman Street are hardly wide enough for two vehicles to pass. Apparently, city officials could care less. What's going to stop this madness?
