The 34 new Emerson Park apartments on Pine Top Street and Hickman Street. are now taking applications for tenants. Rent for the 1,053 sq ft apartments will be $1,750.00 per month according to realtor.com.

Traffic on the two substandard roads will be real bad, real soon. Wonder if the city required a traffic study for this development?

Neither Pine Top Street nor Hickman Street are hardly wide enough for two vehicles to pass.
Apparently, city officials could care less.

The vacant area to the right of the apartments is slated for another set of apartments.
The 4 acre lot adjacent to the apartment property is owned by Lenoir City mayor, Tony Aikens.
