Brewster Pleads

Tim Brewster entered a guilty in Loudon County Criminal Court today to a harassment charge involving Pat Hunter as a victim.

He was given a sentence on the class A misdemeanor of 11 months 29 day no contact order involving Pat Hunter for the duration of the sentence. He will have to pay the court costs as well. The stalking charge was dismissed as a condition of the guilty plea to the harassment charge.

Robert Hinton, Brewster’s attorney, announced to the court that due to his deteriorating health, Tim Brewster would remain in the car in the parking lot. One of the court officers took their phone to him so that he could FaceTime Judge Jeff Wicks to enter the plea.

Pat Hunter and her supporters were present in court. ADA Jonathan Edwards handled the hearing for our office.

Late last year, Brewster was indicted on one count of harassment and one count of stalking involving a victim, Pat Hunter.
