But good news shouldn't be far away. According to state officials, local officials and local property owners, TDOT is supposedly on the verge of beginning the long awaited improvements at the intersection. The engineering is supposedly done, right of ways have been obtained and the funding is in place. All we're waiting on now is TDOT to pull the trigger on the project.

I know we all wish they would get started. Those of us who have to travel through this intersection daily, and there are thousands, know you're taking your life in your own hands when you pass through here.
