THP: Motorcyclist killed in Loudon Co. over weekend

LOUDON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 58 year-old Philadelphia, Tenn., man has died following a weekend motorcycle crash in Loudon. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Clifford Hunt, Jr., passed away late Thursday morning.

THP reports indicate, Hunt was heading north on Steekee Road around 4:30 p.m. when he laid down his motorcycle and slid into a guardrail.

The responding trooper noted Hunt was wearing a helmet.
