A Dallas group has acquired Tennessee National, the waterfront golf development in Loudon County.

A letter dated Feb. 5 informed property owners and golf members that PNL Cumberland, LLC, had taken ownership of the property.

The letter did not give details about the acquisition or its financial terms, and the Register of Deeds in Loudon County had not received documentation of the deal by Friday afternoon.
