I'm fifty-five years old and I can say I have never attended a staff meeting. Of course that may be because I've never had a job where there was any staff. To be honest, I've always been a little jealous of those folks that have to go to staff meetings. It just sounds so official.

Well, I've decided it's time I have a staff meeting. Starting last Monday I called the first staff meeting of all members of the Muddy Creek Farms organization. Some were not happy about the meeting, some acted like they were listening and some left before the meeting was over.

I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed with the meeting. I really thought we would accomplish more than we did. I may have to reconsider if we even need any more Monday staff meetings.
