| With Loudon County's open burn ban in full force,
it's hard to imagine developers would still openly violate the ban. But
apparently, the developers of the old Cedar Hills Golf Course could
really care less what the laws are in Loudon County. For days the
developers have been burning large fires to dispose of all the wood and
brush cleared from the property. This is one more example of just how
little regard developers have for the laws of the county or the
