| Days ago, drivers and residents along McGee Boulevard were met with the unmistakable and overwhelming aroma of raw sewage. A sewer line along the road had clogged and raw sewage was spewing from a manhole. LCUB was able make the necessary repairs, however the residue from the spill is still present. A large swath of raw sewage including all the nasty things that you can imagine is still on the ground and with the recent heavy rains continues to wash down into Town Creek along the Town Creek Greenway. Hopefully the spill can be cleaned up or treated before more is allowed to make it to the creek |
