Ross Succession Plan
| Near the end of Loudon City
council's last workshop, councilman Eric Newman Suggested that the
council should have a succession plan for when city manager, Ty Ross
leaves. He pointed out that Ty Ross had already been a finalist in the
Oak Ridge manager search and is now a finalist in the
Fernandina Beach,
Florida manager search. Newman was told that there was a plan as
described in the Loudon Charter. Obviously, Ty Ross really, really wants out of Loudon. So at this point, it appears the Loudon tax payers and LUB rate payers are paying him a lot of money to look for another job. It appears the council is OK with that though. |
