Republicans Gather
| Saturday's republican candidate announcement day saw
the largest number of candidates ever presented. 43 candidates announced
their intentions to seek office in the upcoming election.
The old court house main court room was filled to capacity with candidates, family members and supporters. It was standing room only. Anyone still wishing to get into the race has till February 18th, 12 noon to file their qualifying petition. |
