On September 5, 2009, the City of Philadelphia is hosting the first annual, Philadelphia Heritage Festival. The festival is located at 4204 Fork Creek Rd. Philadelphia, TN. The purpose of this festival is to raise funds for the city,including the City Of Philadelphia Fire Department. The Philadelphia Fire Department is a volunteer fire department, and no member receives any monetary compensation for their hard work, or any other services rendered.
