Spotting a white Dodge Neon traveling along Christian Street, Loudon County Sheriff's Office Deputy Cody Fritts identified the driver as Jessica Lynn Bahr, 33, Philadelphia, who was known to have an active warrant for driving on a revoked license, according to the arrest report.
Bahr, who was pulled over at the intersection of Christian and
Thompson streets, was taken into custody and asked if she had

Suboxone strip in the woman's purse, and deputies also found two

Snow stated this, (the inmate) then replied, 'I'm gonna kill
myself if I stay back here',” Curtis wrote, noting that the
inmate was removed due to “facility policy.”
