Philadelphia man indicted on fed. drug, weapon charges
LENOIR
CITY (WATE) -- A Philadelphia man has been indicted on federal
drug and weapon charges after investigators found drugs and a
shotgun in his home in May.
Justin Wade Lynn, 29, is a convicted felon who was indicted on June 18. His charges include drug manufacturing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon. Loudon County sheriff's officers searched Lynn's home on May 27, finding roxicodone pills, oxycontin, klonopin, marijuana, digital scales, crack pipes and about $5,000 in cash. Officers also found a loaded, modified Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun in Lynn's bedroom, along with ammunition. |
