No Quorum For BOE
| After last months contentious Loudon County School Board meeting, some members may have taken newly appointed chairman, Bobby Johnson's advice. Half the board did not show up for the meeting. This prevented the board from taking any actions for lack of a quorum. The ten member board would need six members present to take any official actions. The reason for the high absenteeism is unknown but another meeting to discuss the building program is scheduled for November first. |
