Kudos Mary Hines on an excellent report. Shortly after taking office four years ago, I was invited to tour the Greenback School. I can honestly say I had never seen anything like it. Just as you described it was the way it was four years ago and apparently nothing is going to change for at least another four years at best. Something is dreadfully wrong with this picture. The staff at the school has done the best they can with what they have to work with but there is no excuse for the deplorable conditions. I can't help but again point out the 2 million dollar land deal on 321. The BOE should put everything else on hold till Greenback has a new facility.
