When pressed a bit at the meeting, the guy representing the request said if the property is re-zoned, it was going to be a Dollar General Store. The Planning Commission approved the re-zone.

The property is on the north side of 321 between Yedear Road and Antioch Road. He gave no indication when the store would be built.
