New City Council Candidate: Are you ready for a change?

 

Candidate James Brandon was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and a graduate of Kirkman High School.  From high school, he joined the United States Army, serving six years during the Vietnam Era. 

James moved to Lenoir City in 1970, and became an employee of Lenoir City Utilities Board.  There he retired after thirty nine years of service.  While working at the utilities, he worked in the Gas, Water, and Sewer Department part time; worked as a Lineman for sixteen years; worked in Underground and Metering for twenty years as a Foreman; served as the Job/Union Steward for the employees; and served on the Retirement Board. 

Since retirement, James enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
