PHILADELPHIA, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office said a motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash Monday evening.

According to Cpl. Cody Bengel, the crash, which only involved the motorcycle, shut down Moss Road in Philadelphia.

The motorcyclist was flown to the hospital in critical condition, Bengel said.

LCSO is investigating the crash.

Other responding agencies include Lifestar, Priority Ambulance Service, Loudon County Fire and Rescue and the Philadelphia Fire Department.
