McNabb v Harrison 3
| The appeals court hearing in the case of McNabb v
Harrison was held Wednesday. Former Lenoir City judge, Robin McNabb
represented herself while the city go to guy, attorney, T Scott Jones
represented Lenoir City judge, Greg Harrison.
Each side had 15 minutes to argue their case before the three judge panel. McNabb is challenging Harrison's qualifications to hold the city judge position since he is not a city resident. The court's decision should be available in "a reasonable amount of time" according to the judge. Below is a link to the video of the hearing. |
