Maybe This?

Late last year, Brewster's Service Group, gave a termination notice to Loudon Utilities Board and Loudon City Parks and Recreation. No details on what brought on the termination letter. Brewster's Service Group is a mowing and tree trimming service formerly located on Hwy. 11 in Loudon. Brewster's currently has a four year contract/agreement with LCUB for around 2.5 million per year for tree trimming services.

The interesting part of the letter is the address on the notice, 102 Derik's Way.

Derek's Way (correct Spelling) is a service access road from Hwy. 70 to the back side of the new LCUB facility, used by all the service trucks. Not sure if it's a city street. The only other property adjacent to Derek's Way is the new 13 acre, $600,000.00 parcel of property LCUB recently purchased. The new LCUB building address is 7698 Creekwood Park Boulevard.

Maybe this is why LCUB bought the property? Maybe Brewster's is moving to the new property?

Coincidently, last month, Brewster's Service Group was awarded a one-year commercial waste collection service contract for Lenoir City at $89,535 and a one-year commercial waste collection service contract for LCUB at $34,370.
