Maremont Striker Struck By Car
| Around 5:30 pm Wednesday, a call came into 911 dispatch of a harassment call at Maremont Boulevard and Robinson Drive. This is the location of the Maremont strikers camp. Minutes later, a second call came in reporting that a car had struck a pedestrian at the same location. Witnesses on the scene reported that one of the strikers had been struck by a car driven by a special security guard that had been hired by the company during the recent strike. It was reported that the injured striker was transported to the hospital. No other information was available. |
