After reviewing candidates and completing several interviews I have decided to ask Jennifer Malone to accept this position. (Technology/6-8 Supervisor) I believe that she has the experience with technology and curriculum to be a great fit for our county's needs.  

This does create an opening in her current principal position.  I believe it is most appropriate to transfer Melanie Amburn into this open position as she is a very qualified person and has worked so closely with Jennifer over the past several years.  I believe that this will prove to be a smooth transition.  Melanie will be interviewing for an assistant principal position immediately.
