KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person.

She is a black female with a small build. She was located this morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. walking north on I-75. She was unable to tell the officer her name; however, she did say that she is originally from New Jersey but had been living in the Athens and Sweetwater area for the past year.

She also was able to tell officers that she has a brother and father that may live in the local area but was unable to give any further information about them.

To date the Loudon County Sheriff's Office has been able to track her to the Athens Waffle House where she was the majority of the night before leaving this morning about 7:00 a.m.
