LOUDON COUNT REPUBLICAN PARTY RE-ORGANIZATION MEETING Saturday January 29th – 10:00 a.m. At the Loudon County Courthouse Annex
The Loudon County Republican Party meets every other year to elect its county executive board and district representatives. It is a Re-Organization Meeting and Election. The Executive Board is elected by vote of the Republican attendees. Each of the seven districts meets in caucus and selects its own Representative. The term of office is 2 years for all positions. The County Executive Board Officers are: Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, Vice-Treasurer and Recording Secretary. Alternating between male and female as Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for each two years is dictated by the By-Laws. An appointed nominating committee will present a list of nominees for the various executive offices; nominations from the floor will also be accepted. There are currently seven (7) Districts in Loudon County. Each of the seven districts will meet in caucus and elect a person to serve as representative on the Executive Board and to promote the party in their respective district. THIS IS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AT THE GRASSROOTS LEVEL!!! Note: In the event of inclement weather, a MESSAGE WILL BE PLACED ON the loudon county WEBSITE: WWW.LOUDONGOP.COM BY 8:30 A.m. on Jan29th.
