Lenoir City man arrested for wife's attempted murder
LENOIR
CITY (WATE) -- A Lenoir City man was arrested for the attempted
murder of his wife early Sunday morning.Investigators say Michael Edward Brown, 48, told them he and his wife, Faye Brown, got into an argument at their home on Beals Chapel Road and she called him a liar.
Michael is accused of firing a shot that grazed Faye's head and went into a wall.
Investigators says Faye was driven to Fort Loudoun Medical Center by neighbors and has non-life threatening injuries. Michael Brown is being held in the Loudon County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
