| Lenoir City (WVLT) North Middle School in Loudon County was locked
down for about 10 to 15 minutes this morning. Loudon County Sheriff's deputies say school officials made the decision to lockdown the school after a parent who does not have custody of a student, tried to sign that student out from school this morning. Sheriff's deputies say there was never a confrontation, and the parent was not arrested. Sissy Foster, a spokesperson for the school district, says the students were never in any danger. |
