LENOIR CITY, TN - Earlier this morning, on November 22nd, the Tennessee Highway Patrol was involved in a short vehicle pursuit with a white Chrysler Pacifica Minivan.

The pursuit traveled off of Interstate 75 onto Sugarlimb Road to Hotchkiss Valley Road West. The pursuit then briefly traveled into Roane County before coming back into Loudon County on Pine Grove Providence Road where the pursuit ended near Sugarlimb Road with the occupants being taken into custody safely by the THP.

During the pursuit it is believed that the occupants threw narcotics or a handgun out the window of the vehicle in the areas where the pursuit traveled.
