Officer Jason Felts responded to a disturbance call at the restaurant where he was confronted by a man that had been involved in a domestic issue with an employee at the restaurant. Felts fought with the man for a time before getting him under control with assistance from other restaurant patrons.

The officer was treated at the hospital for injuries to his neck from the altercation.
