Austin Shaver Passes the Tennessee
Bar Examination
Austin
Shaver was notified on Friday, October 19, that he passed the
Tennessee Bar
Examination. Austin took the exam on July 25-26 at the Knoxville
Convention Center. The Tennessee Board of Law Examiners governs the
examination and admission of attorneys who wish to practice law in
Tennessee including the bar examination to recent law school graduates.
The exam is given twice a year (February and July). It is a 2 day exam
consisting of the Multistate Bar Examination and essay questions.
Austin graduated Magna Cum Laude with high honors from the University
Tennessee School of Law this past May. Austin graduated Summa Cum
Laude from the University Of Tennessee in 2004 and is a 2001 graduate of
Lenoir City High School. He is employed by Kinnerly, Montgomery, and
Finely Law Firm in Knoxville. He and his wife Brittany live in Lenoir
City. |
