Thanks to my wonderful wife, a host of dedicated and skillful medical personnel, and especially the grace of God, I'm back home and on the mend.

This has been a real experience, one I never dreamed I would have. Fortunately, I did not have a heart attack and no damage to my heart. I had four blocked arteries in my heart. One was 100%, two were 60% and one was more than 50%. Doctors first thought they were going to be able to fix my problems with a heart catheterization, using stints and angioplasty. During the heart cath, it was discovered that I would need by-pass surgery. I wound up having a quadruple by-pass. Everything went very well, but it sure did hurt! The doctor tells me that I should be four times better than I've been in a long time.

I want to thank all of you who have called, written, visited and have just been so supportive during my rebuild, and most of all for your prayers.

I hope to be back up to speed ASAP and ready for any challenges!
