Illegal Annexation 21
| For the second time, the hearing on Lenoir City's
motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought by Loudon County against the city
for their two illegal actions was continued. Apparently, the city filed
another last minute amendment so the judge reset the hearing for April
24th. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm and we can get moving forward with the suit. |
