Home Invasion On Old Midway
| A resident on Old Midway Road reported being the
victim of a home invasion just after midnight Thursday. The home
owner reported that a man entered the home armed with a hand gun and
took some prescription drugs from the home. The victim gave officers the
name of a possible suspect. Officers in cruisers, on foot and with a K9 searched the area for several hours. The perpetrator was described as a white male wearing a ski mask with a black hooded jacket pulled tight around his face, jeans, gloves and work boots. Just before the call of the home invasion came into dispatch, a report of a man with a hooded jacket walking up and down Muddy Creek Road in front of the Methodist Church was received. The site of the home invasion was very near this area and it is believed the two incidences are related. No arrests had been made at press time. |
