Here Come Da Judge
| With all his blustering about former
Treasurer/Recorder, Debbie Cook's failure to collect back judgments,
seems Judge Terry Vann has come up with a novel, sure fired way to
collect those back fees and court costs. He is sending threatening
letters to those who owe the city money. Now why didn't Ms. Cook think
of that. Oh that's right she did and I suspect Judge Vann will have
about the same success rate that Ms. Cook had.
Isn't it ironic that Judge Vann is working so hard to collect a couple hundred dollars from those who failed to keep their grass cut and as of January 17th of this year the Judge owed the IRS $170,573.16 to the IRS for three years of back taxes. Does anybody else see a problem here? |
