And just like clockwork, when the temperature starts to warm, here comes all the Knox County idiot bicycle riders into Loudon County. And as far as I know, nothing's being done about it.

It is currently illegal for bicycle riders to "impede" traffic. Obviously, they always "impede" traffic.

If the sheriff's department would write a few traffic citations, a lot of this would stop or at least maybe, they'd stay in Knox County where they come from.
