Haven Hills
| Several folks have asked what's going in on Hwy 321
out toward Interstate 40. This is the Cook Brothers, Haven Hills
development. According to Mr. Cook, this development is 69.61
acres and density is 2.36 units per acre with 164 building lots. At
least it is single family homes and not more apartments.
If it's like the Cook development on Beals Chapel, get ready for a lot of muddy runoff.
