The Lenoir City Council voted that the city would observe Halloween on Sunday the 31st. Loudon County mayor, Estelle Herron announced that the county would observe Halloween on Saturday the 30th. Some churches are doing their trunk-or-treating and festivities on Friday night, some on Saturday and some on Sunday. What's a goblin to do?

I guess if I were a parent of a child of trick-or-treating age and really wanted to load up free candy, I'd probably go Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That's the best I can offer.
