| The Tennessee Department Of Environment and
Conversation, TDEC, has approved the application for NPDES, National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, application for Tri County
Crushed Stone. This would allow for water runoff to be discharged into
the Baker Creek water shed. Below is a link to the ruling. |
