From Representative Lowell Russell:

From the Region:

We greatly appreciate your inquiry regarding potholes on Interstate 75 in Loudon County. After we received your request, the District Supervisor for this area completed an inspection of Interstate 75 within Loudon County. After further inspection of Interstate 75, there has been a lane closure request submitted for the Department to patch the right lane on Interstate 75 South bound from mile marker 76.4 to mile marker 75.

This work will take place after the new year due to the halting of lane closures until January 3rd. There is also freezing temperatures and rain heading into the area this week. Once this weather has dissipated the area will be resurveyed to see if there have been any other potholes appear that will need patching as well.

Once again we greatly appreciate your comment. Should you have further questions or comments regarding state or federal routes, please contact District 19 Operations Manager, Mr. Todd Sexton, at (865)717-1521 or at Todd.Sexton@tn.gov.

Thanks,

TDOT
