***FREE Spay/Neuter Program***

This two-year spay/neuter program targeting dogs and cats belonging to low-income residents throughout Loudon and Monroe Counties aims to reduce intake and euthanasia at the two County shelters. Vouchers are limited to pet owners who live in Loudon or Monroe Counties, earning less than $20,000/year individual or $30,000/year for household or individuals who are disabled, handicapped or receive Medicaid assistance or food stamps.
