Fairest Of The Fair
Tessa Jones of Loudon was recently crowned the
Fairest of the Fair at the Tennessee Valley Fair. Jones will serve
as an official hostess and representative of the fair throughout the
year. She will also represent the Tennessee Valley Fair in the state
competition in Nashville in January.
First runner-up was Mackenzie Botts of Helenwood, Tenn. Second runner-up was Whitney Posey of Oneida, Tenn. Ashleigh Rivera of Cosby was named Miss Photogenic, and Sierra Purdy of Knoxville received the most audience votes in the Fairgoers Fair Lady Award. Jones, as well as the first and second runners-up, received cash prizes and gift certificates, and Jones also received a $500 scholarship for post-high school education. |
