Early Vote Update
| At the close of voting Saturday, early and mail in
ballots had totaled up to 1757, 1658 Republican and 99 Democrat. That's
on track to be the highest early vote for any county primary. This could
be a sign of a larger than usual voter turnout. But it could mean that
more voters are taking advantage of the convenience of early voting. In
fact back in the 2008 election cycle for the first time more people
voted early than voted on election day.
Early voting continues thru April 29th. |
