We've all waited a long time for this one but it's done.

I don't doubt that there will be a few tweaks with the red lights and in a few days they'll put down the permanent lines and arrows but as of this morning, the red lights are working.

All the contractors, subcontractors and even the TDOT folks have done a great job making the construction process as painless as possible for a project of this scope.

I want to be the first to say thank you to State Representative, Jimmy Matlock and Senator Randy McNally. They worked on getting this done for many years.

At some point I'm sure we'll be having a ribbon cutting. When we do, there'll be a party at my house.
