Detective detains vandal; more arrests reported

On Wednesday evening, April 23, around 7:30 p.m., Deputy Ethan Owens was directed to a potential vandalism at a home on Waller Ferry Road.

When he arrived, he heard what was assumed to be breaking glass from the side of the house — soon discovering a male with a metal rod in his hand … standing where the noise was coming from.

The suspect, identified as Andrew Emil Kotronias, was swiftly given commands from Deputy Owens to drop the rod and Kotronias was almost immediately detained.

Owens then spoke to the suspect’s father, who said that he believed Kotronias had broken two windows on the house — also believing his son was under the influence of some sort of intoxicant while doing so.

Upon a background search, Owens found that the suspect had been arrested on similar charges back in December.

While Kotronias was being transported to the jail, he began to tell the deputy he had a rapid heartbeat and was having trouble breathing. Owens requested EMS, who evaluated and cleared him at a Weigel’s on Highway 321.

He was then transported to Loudon County Jail.

APRIL 21

Wendy Deanne Cummings, 49, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-criminal court and released on $10,000 bond.

Chelsea Skye Hager, 36, was charged with capias-general sessions and held on $2000 bond.

Kristin Nicole Hatcher, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Erika Kendra Newberry, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault and released on $2000 bond.

Jose Ramon Ontiveros- Morales, 30, Manchester, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and released on $25,000 bond.

James Aaron Segal, 32, Knoxville, was charged with failure to appear-general sessions and released without bond.

Devin Phillip Shulaw, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with criminal trespass and released on $1500 bond.

Logan Ryan Wynn, 24, Maryville, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released on $402 bond.

APRIL 22

Riley Clark Burgess, 31, Lenoir City, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, possession of a handgun while under the influence, public intoxication, resisting arrest, vandalism and released on $64,000 bond.

Jeremy Allen Coleman, 34, Rockwood was charged with assisting other agencies and held on $15,000 bond.

Brandon Leeroy Spoon, 18, Loudon, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, driving under the influence, liquor/alcohol offenses and released on $1000 bond.

APRIL 23

Elizabeth Jill Buckner, 41, Clinton, was charged with contraband in a penal institution, driving on revoked/suspended license and held on $10,000 bond.

Casey Dawn Cox, 33, Mascot, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange and held without bond.

Derrick Joseph Crider, 34, Knoxville, was charged with capias-municipal court and held on $4000 bond.

Cecil Anthony Currier, 58, homeless, was charged with violation of order of protection/restraining order and released on $1000 bond.

Terry Lyn James, 64, Knoxville, was charged with forgery, theft of property and held on $30,000 bond.

Anthony Lee Kirkland, 37, Maryville, was charged with aggravated criminal trespass, three counts of assault against a first responder or nurse, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, theft of property, vandalism and held without bond.

Andrew Emil Kotronias, 31, Lenoir City, was charged with vandalism and held on $1500 bond.

Christy Lynn McNeal, 40, Knoxville, was charged with violation of probation and held on $3000 bond.

Bridget Renee Robison, 37, Athens, was charged with driving on revoked/ suspended license, driving under the influence, driving unregistered vehicle, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $28,000 bond.

Manuel Alexander Roca-Osorio, 20, Bronx, NY, was charged with expiration of certificates and plates, license required and released on $2500 bond.

Jason Lee Whitefield, 40, Lenoir City, was charged with aggravated assault, capias-general sessions and held without bond.

Brittany Nicolle Carson, 31, Englewood, NJ, was charged with violation of probation and held on $15,000 bond.

Matthew Doyal Gibson, 38, Lenoir City, was charged and held without bond.

Ira Lee Jones III, 33, Oak Ridge, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released on $4000 bond.

Keily Lucia Ramirez Lopez, 21, Lenoir City, was charged with assault and held without bond.

Amy Elizabeth Everett, 42, Lenoir City, was charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $76,000 bond.

Jesse Scott Graves, 28, Knoxville, was charged with violation of probation and held on $4000 bond.

Trisha Faye Inman, 49, Loudon, was charged with driving under the influence and released on $1500

bond. Larry Dale Keith Jr., 43, Maryville, was charged with failure to appear-general sessions and released on $60,000 bond.

Amber Michelle Perry Taylor, 35, Knoxville, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Keshaun Gerome Thomas, 19, Knoxville, was charged with capias-criminal court and held on $200,000 bond.
